Meet Your Coach
Kayla Hallen
With 15 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Kayla Hallen brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in diverse settings, from office management and Treatment Coordination to orthodontic agency life and client development. Kayla’s niche career has given her expert insight into what it’s like to work on both sides of the practice-agency relationship, and this experience backs her unique understanding of how to improve those systems from both sides.
Kayla joined Neon Canvas in 2023 as Director of Client Development before building the Neon Canvas Coaching program in 2024. She combines years of hands-on expertise with an empathetic approach to truly connect with her clients and their teams.
Kayla resides outside of Chicago in Lake Bluff, IL, with her husband Graham and their five young children. Outside of work, she enjoys pilates, a solid charcuterie board, and a good book club gathering.
